1 Appellant, Ronnie Jay Dunford, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Comanche County, Case No. CRF-76-117, with the offense Robbery in the First Degree, After Former Conviction of a Felony. The case was tried to a jury and a guilty verdict was returned. Punishment was assessed at ten (10) years imprisonment. From said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court. A co-defendant, Leland Dunford, was tried at the same time and convicted of Robbery in the First Degree.
