1 In the District Court of Cleveland County, Case No. CRF-72-204, appellant, Linda Jean Doyle, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted for the offense of Sale of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, to-wit: Sale of an Amphetamine. Her punishment was fixed at two (2) years imprisonment. From that judgment and sentence, she has perfected her timely appeal to this Court.
